OutlookCrypt is an encryption tool built for Microsoft Outlook 2003 which allows users to encrypt and decrypt e-mail messages.

It works on a strong 128-bit symmetric encryption algorithm (CAST5), which allows both sender and recipient to encrypt/decrypt the message through predefined passphrase keys.

The encryption/decryption processes are fully integrated with Outlook 2003 so that the messages can be encrypt/decrypt just by clicking a button.

OutlookCrypt features

  • Strong 128-bit symmetric encryption cipher.
  • Fully Integrated with Outlook 2003 (addin).
  • Simple encrypt/decrypt buttons on the Outlook message forms.
  • Stores the last passphrase keys for current encrypted email: Outlookcrypt keeps track of the last valid password phrase and assign it to the actual email address, making easy to send/receive future messages.
