In process of work on WEB-page the developer wants first or last to select the color gamut for different elements of its creation. There are many specialized commercial software products that give whole lot of necessary toolbox.

But users that prefer to edit directly in the native HTML-code by means of usual text editors, can turn out to be hard-set. This is because even having before eyes a sample of colour, not so that easy to decompose it by "red-green-blue" components.

HTML Palette is designed to ease the WEB-page developing process when native HTML-code is edited. You may use it as helpful tool in addition to your text editor.
