CR-ISP is specifically designed for those people who used to have a time limitation on their Internet connection.

Such ISP's are normally Free or cheaper than most, but to stop us abusing the system they restrict how long you can stay online before you have to reconnect.

This is a minor irritation but it can cause serious aggravation if you are in the middle of a download or similar. I could not recommend highly enough such programs like Gozilla or Get Right that will help you resume broken downloads.
