CMessenger represents a secured communication system that efficiently contributes to the improvement of the business and services processes for the clients, by increasing productivity and reducing the company’s costs.
CMessenger is a specific tool for business, meant to improve the online communication between the employees of a company and its clients, partners or contributors.
The program represents an instant messaging system, offering the possibility to identify the presence of a person at their working-spot, to access the information necessary for the daily on-going activities and, most important, to communicate quickly and in a secured manner both with colleagues and clients or suppliers, without having to change places.
CMessenger features
- instant messaging (encrypted chat, private or conference, adjustable fonts, option for keeping records of the conversations, the possibility to see at all times the users that have added a person to their list and the blocking of the access if such thing is wanted, the possibility of warning the user that the other person in the conversation is typing a new message– in order to avoid transmitting messages simultaneously-, the possibility to send messages to users that are not online, presence indication, every user having attached a status which defines their presence in the system, presence that can be seen by other users;
- the possibility of Audio communication (GSM quality, small data flow) /Video communication (adjustable image: size, quality, JPG format) at the same time with the chat session;
- file transfer between users, having the possibility to store the desired files on server;
- all conversations have a maximum state of security by encrypting the text messages between users. The messages are encrypted using the RSA (Rivest, Schnorr, Adleman) 256 bits encryption algorithm, which guarantees complete data confidentiality;
- videoconference;
- Windows Explorer shell integration for file sending;
- Offers the possibility of sending snapshots.
The advantages of this system are:
- short time of communication (instant!);
- the creation of a concept for discussions that are much better personalized than the e-mail or forums, offering videoconferences with more users as well;
- extremely user-friendly (once being set);
- the possibility to find and consult persons with same interests very easily;
- the messages and files can also be sent to persons that are not online;
- removes the drawback of the email, case where the recipient must check their message box periodically for new messages;
- eliminates the saturation of the classic communication channels (phone calls, written documents etc.).
