ChGrabber is very simliar with web crawler or spider, which can work its way through a website, downloading pages, pictures and any components of the pages so that they can be viewed locally, without needing to be connected to the internet. The sites can be saved locally as a fully-browsable website which can be viewed with any browser (such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, etc).
ChGrabber save the internet resources as a Chakra/ChProxy persistent web cache. One domain is saved on single database (2 files) only. The user then access the persistent cache by using Chakra/ChProxy. If the user installed ChProxy, he/she can use any web browser (such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, etc). On Chakra/ChProxy environment there is no different between offline version and online version.
