With Bookmark Notes you can add comments and notes to your Internet Explorer bookmarks. When you hover mouse pointer over the bookmark, a popup window with your note will appear for you to read.

Limitations
  • Popup window with your notes contain the text "You are using TRIAL VERSION of Boormark Notes!"
  • Trial version allows to add comments to 20 internet shortcuts only
