Swapmon will allow you to easily observe your swapfile usage and see what applications put a strain on your RAM.

SwapMon tracks your Windows swapfile usage for as long as you allow it. All observations can then be analysed by the Swapfile Wizard which provides optimal sizes for a faster permanent swapfile as well as suggestions on how much additional RAM should be purchased.

A Virtual Cache Wizard is also included which allows users to limit the size of the typically overgrown cache resulting in better RAM utilization. Other features include minimize-to-tray capability, scrolling marquee, and always-on-top mode.

After a while, you will be able to rely on the findings of the built-in Swapfile Wizard; its analysis provides solutions for improving your swapfile usage as well as suggestions on how much RAM you should purchase when you decide to upgrade.
