SplitGVR is a tool for the viewing and extracting of the multiple sound files contained withing the *.GVR files in CFS2 found in the sound/Radio folder.
These files are used at appropriate times by CFS2 to play radio sounds. They often contain several versions of a particular "event" sound.
These files are randomised when an event requires a sound.
