Server Spy is a useful Firefox extension that indicates what brand of HTTP server (eg. Apache, IIS, etc.) runs on the visited sites. When a tab is selected, the corresponding server name is shown on the right-hand side of the browser's status bar.
This early 0.1.0 release is available in English and French. It seems to be pretty stable, but may still contain bugs.
