DataTool has been around in one form or another since the mid 1990's (pre-Toad). DataTool will provide ad-hoc SQL query capabilities for any database via ODBC.
DataTool has lots of features, such as automatic sorting, inline data modification in the grid, BCP test data creation and import/export.
Currently, the "Tables" dropdown is disabled because it was taking too long for Oracle databases with high table counts.
