From the readme: "A simple animated GIF-to-BMP filmstrip application.

Supports most GIF types, even ones with local color tables. Both horizontal and vertical BMP filmstrips may be saved. Does not support large GIFs with a large number of frames (the application will eventually use up all of the Window's graphics resources)."
