"Rows and Columns tool": Create a grid of selected paths
"Drag tool": Create a zoom / multiple copies of the selected path (s). Great for unusual paint effects when used with the trail cursor feature
"Soft Centre Tool": A variant of drag tool, use with multiple paths to create zooms to drag point.
"Frame Tool": Create a frame based on selected paths, rotate, jitter the frame, create multi-frames. Simple drag and drop for stunning edges
"Rim Random Tool": Paint tool / brush creator, grain and noise, background and texture creator.
"Circular / Windmill Tool": Rotation and circular effects. Re-apply and re-apply to create complex or subtle patterns
"Scaledown Tool": Use to scale a selected path and repeat, combined with twist and path flip effects as well as color options; also a trail paint cursor effect. Re-repeat the scaledown effect to create unusual zoom effects.
"Bounce Along Tool": Repeats and bounces and pulse effects based on selected / dragged paths

"Paint Tool": Select a path and paint. Create organic brushed strokes. Scatter paths. A powerful and easy to use painting tool. The paint brush tool works with selected paths but it can also work with images and text (10) and other items. Create dynamic hi-impact Illustration effects in seconds.
"Tile Tool": Create basic patterns in seconds. Re-apply and create ever more complex patterns. The tile plugin works on paths but it can also work using images and text (10) as well as gradients and other Illustrator items. The plugin can create stunning pattern effects. Simply use, then use the define pattern.
"Background" plugin: Creates a background based on drag size and also have a framing feature to create frames a certain percentage around the edge
"points toolbox": This plugin works on points on a path. It can drag points, drag points from the center of the document, .. creating weird and wonderful shape forms from even basic shapes. This is an additional toolbox plugin with its own set of options and features
Trail Cursor - The plugin works by generating paths, deleting the paths, generating paths, deleting paths etc until the release of the mouse and then the final results are not deleted. The trail cursor features turns the generation / deletion off and leaves all the paths generated. This can result in a lot of paths very quickly (use the slowdown feature to slow down the generation of paths - useful with trail cursor but not so useful when trail cursor is off). The trail cursor option can be useful for creating a more painted / blurred illustration, especially when applied with varying opacity or transparency less than 100% or the color of the paths varying
Many of the toolkit options work better with an artpad but some of the functionality doesn't work the same. The information passed from the mouse / pen 'seems' to be different so the end results might be different. Case in point being the paint tool.

The plugins use pressure (via an artpad / pen) to control the toolbox effects (both in the multi and the points tool)
To use the plugin set, simply select the items and then drag the cursor to generate the application zone for the creation of paths / items
