Shut-it Down is a professional utility that you can use to shut down Windows. The supported shutdown modes are: Shut Down, Log Off, Lock the Workstation, Power Off, Hibernate, Reboot, Suspend.

Here are some key features of "Shut it Down":

  • The shutdown options can be executed manually or at a specified time, date & frequency.
  • A wav-file can be played when a message dialog is displayed. The timeout is extended to 1 hour.
  • You can run an application prior to shutdown. (You get 60 seconds to complete)
  • You can define shortcut keys to do a specified operation. (ex: Shut Down, Hibernate, Stand By, Protection Panel, Log Off, Start Screen Saver etc...)
  • Links have been added to the pages on the web for ease of use and support.
  • You can now Reboot, Log off, Hibernate and turn the Power Off instantly from the System Tray or you can define shortcuts key for each Shut Down Operation.
  • Added enter/escape handlers to control the main functions of the dialogs.
