Mutilitor is a free media splicing program that was designed to break up all types of files into smaller pieces.
This program can be used for various purposes, the main one being parsing large files into smaller, constituent forms so that they can be more easily transferred from one person to another via other file exchange programs or websites that have file size blocks in order to "conserve bandwidth". (Bahhhh I say to that shit)
You don't really have to know a whole lot about the program to use it. The form was made to be as self descriptive as possible in the fewest words. If you have some trouble with it, either be adventurous ;), make a dummy directory, add a few files, and start playing with
