Everyone knows how important feedback is on eBay, but it can also be a very time consuming task. Merlin InstantFeedback makes it easy. It sits in your system tray and quietly checks your feedback for you watching, for fellow eBayers to post for you.

When they do, Merlin will automatically post positive feedback for them from a list of pre-made comments, your own custom comments, or one at random. It can also post follow-ups using the auction's titles, so your customers can quickly tell what posters have purchased without having to click on each one. It can also also email the poster a thank-you message.

If you should happen to receive negative or neutral feedback, you will immediately be informed so you can quickly rectify the situation.

A manual window allows you to generate a list of all users needing feedback, even if they haven't left it for you. You can post for them or send them an email requesting feedback.

No matter how far behind you are on your feedback right now, InstantFeedback will catch up and post for everyone who needs it the first time you run it.
