Learning Centre Management System (hereinafter referred to as "LCMS") is a useful and standalone Windows based application with user friendly interface and innovative system design which is suitable for all types of tuition centre, training/learning centre, kindergarten/school/college and more.

Learning Centre Management System features
  • Categorize courses, teachers, students and payments into different categories to simplify management and ease of controls. The same course could be included into few different packages and a package could contain one or more different courses. This feature allows your centre to custom make very attractive packages based on current market trends and customer needs (Appendix A and B).
  • Teacher rates could be categorized into 7 different rate types: FIXED, PER_COURSE, PER_CLASS, HOURLY, PER_STUDENT, PERCENTAGE and lastly COURSE_RATE to suit your centre special needs (Appendix C).
  • Generates student/teacher particulars and giving you a glance on all the students/teachers in your centre and able to generate bar code ready student/teacher card that act like an identification card for student/teacher and it is very convenient on attendance marking, during fee settlement and etc (Appendix D and E)
  • Able to generate student reports that requested by the parent frequently. By having these reports on hand, parent could know what courses/packages their children had studied and currently studying, full attendance tracking and complete payment history - thus increased centre image and competitive position (Appendix F).
  • Generates essential teacher reports that shown how many courses taught by respective teachers, complete attendance tracking and payment history detail for teachers, which could help centre manager to judge the workload, punctuality/responsibility, salary adjustment and promotion/demotion for respective teachers (Appendix G).
  • Generates reports that could assist centre manager to plan or change their operational and business plan by providing info such as which teacher incurred most fees against salary paid, how much centre paid for a certain teachers for specified period of time, how much fees had collected from every single student, which package gives the centre the best incomes and so forth (Appendix H).
  • Informative official receipts and payment vouchers generated by the system just on single mouse click. The cost to produce receipt/voucher is not more than 2 cent per piece and we do supply this type of A6 plain paper (Appendix I and J).
