Databases are stored in the program's root path away from hacking attacks. They can be easily transported to other computers or stored elsewhere for back up. This method also protects the data integrity in case Windows system gets corrupted.

The program is not populated with millions of settings nor requires any configuration. But yet it is a good idea to get acquainted with a few of the functions.

You see three buttons on top with a key image. Each button enables a database. This means you can switch between three different databases. You may take advantage of this facility in the way most appropriate to your way of ordering data.

Use Add button to insert new entries to the database. Replace to re insert modified data. Delete to extract and Clear to clean the field. The Tools legend holds a pop-up menu. Press the left mouse button over the word Tools to show the menu. Some menu options will not be available at all times but depending on other program's functions.

Here are some key features of "1 Passwords Plus":

  • Clicking on an address in the Address field, when that address appears underlined opens a browser instance that points to that Internet site.
  • Data is NOT added to the database until you press the Add or Replace button. However those buttons are always enabled. Which means you could make an entry with incomplete field.
  • Use the Comments field to store a memo, or the regular security question and answer or any other data of interest to you.
  • To restrict access to the software you can password protect it. To do so create an entry on any of the databases with iPass as the service then and give it a username and a password of your own. Every time the program runs it will request the username/password pair.
  • To delete the access password, select the iPass entry from the correspondent database and press the Delete button.

    Limitations
  • The Register button will go away after you enter the activation code. Press that button to go to our secure server where you can purchase a license to use this software. This software will expire 15 days after the first use. Your support is needed and appreciated.
