Then the TAPIMaster CTI engine is just what you need. You can embed it in your own software and quickly create applications with effective support for your PBX. Make use of our years of experience in the telecommunication sector.
TAPIMaster Server is a CTI server with additional features beyond telephony: text mail, database connectivity, administration tools, PBX diagnostic tools, ACD Light and much more.
A C++ and a COM interface are available on the client side.
The TAPI interface commands have been greatly simplified and adapted for the specific needs of the end customer. The SDK contains example programs for several languages, development tools and a programmer’s guide for the TAPIMaster API.
Important: This SDK requires version 2.6.2 of the TapiMaster.
