But SnapMeasure snaps to points, handles, paths, intersections and so on with quick, clear snaps when using Smart Guides, so you can be sure you're getting the right value.
It measures more than a screenEver started a measurement only to realize that the point where you want to end up is off the screen? The native tool doesn't support scrolling, so you have to make sure both points fit on the screen before you measure. Trying to begin or end the measurement in a detailed area that requires zooming in? You're out of luck. But SnapMeasure has a two-click mode. Click to start measuring. Then scroll around and zoom in or out all you want. When you're at the destination point, click again.
It can set the constrain angle and more
If you're constantly taking measurements and making trips to the preference dialog to set the constrain angle or keyboard increment, SnapMeasure is for you. SnapMeasure gives you the possibility to set the angle and/or increment with two clicks of the mouse, or choose to only set them when you hold Command/Alt.

On certain backgrounds — particularly those with midtone grays — the measuring line can be frustratingly hard to see. SnapMeasure offers you the ability to measure in a bright red, non-reversing line, for excellent visibility.
