Here is 'how it address the Recruiters needs?'. It intelligently identifies the resumes from emails, PC folders, search engine results, job boards, transfers the contact details of the candidates matching the user defined selection criteria indicated, into the GRID.
Its table acts as a database of its own, where in contact details, resumes and other details are entered. Recruiters can further screen and sort candidates with custom keywords, city and years of experience etc.
For simplicity, resumes once just selected in the grid is viewed at the bottom, highlighting each given keyword in different colors. Its easy for the recruiters to go through the highlighted words in resumes and start screening.
ResumeGrabber gives space for recruiters to mark the recruitment status in the GRID for each candidate. Elaborate comments will be inserted in notes section for each candidate.
