PbxTools PhoneJournal is a call accounting software designed for small and medium offices that can help reducing the phone bill and give real-time information about outgoing and incoming calls inside the company.

PbxTools PhoneJournal is designed to capture the call data from the PBX unit and stores it in a database. This information is used to generate reports that point out the most expensive calls and their distribution by time, user, extension, trunk, etc.

The software supports a wide range of PBX units from manufacturers as Avaya, Alcatel, DialFace, Panasonic, Samsung, Siemens, Nitsuko, NEC, TIE, etc.

PbxTools PhoneJournal can be easly configured to use currently unsuported PBXs. It uses standard SMDR and CDR date transfer using serial cable connection or TCP/IP connection.
