Pairwise Multiple Tests is a standalone Windows program that calculates three Pairwise Tests: simple Bonferroni adjustment, Holm's sequential Bonferroni method, and Benjamin and Hochberg's False Discovery Rate.

Tell the program how many p values are to be entered and the experimentwise error rate you desire. Next, enter obtained p values in any order in the Probability Values field. Press the Return key after each p value. Finally, you'll have to click the calculate button. The Pairwise Multiple Tests program will sort the p values from smallest to largest and calculate the sequential critical test value and FDR value for each.
