Lets you keep quantity information in income and expense transactions.
Provides reports with quantity totals, including totals for each Account/Category and enterprise Class.
Allows two quantities per transaction. Record livestock weights and number bought or sold...ManagePLUS reports give you total weight sold & number sold, average selling weight & selling price per head, and average price per pound. Reports automatically provide this expanded information when two quantities are present. (Report example.)
Extracts quantity information from the Memo or Description field of any income/expense transaction. (In QuickBooks you may enter quantities in the Memo field, or by using "Items", or both.)
Lets you effortlessly track weighted averages: grain moisture, protein or oil content, Relative Feed Value, or any other grade or quality factor.
Lets you define production associated with each/any Class, such as "300 acres" with the Corn Class, or "100 head" with the Beef Cow Class, for detailed information on costs per-acre, per-head, per-hour, etc.
Works with any Account and Class setup. ManagePLUS conforms to the way your records are set up, not the other way around.
Integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks. ManagePLUS grabs a "snapshot" of your transaction records at the click of a button--no manual steps are required.
Flexible Class reporting makes it easy to get reports for different farms or fields, even when they are sub Classes of several different parent Classes.
Customizable reports let you include just the sections you want, plus change report colors, titles, etc.
Cash flow "history" report (monthly cash flow history for a 12-month period).
"Quantity flows" report (monthly quantities of items bought and sold for a 12-month period).
Full print preview lets you browse reports on screen before printing.
Allows entering quantities as mathematical formulas, and stores the calculation details with the transaction for later review.
Keep as little or as much detail as you want. Want to know combine repair costs? Then just tag combine repair expenses with a Class you've set up for tracking combine-related expenses--ManagePLUS reports will show combine repair costs per acre or per hour.
