Open them with a couple of clicks quickly learn the many powerful features in an easy to follow interface that can be used on Apple Mac (OSX) and Windows (XP/2) syste month, week and day planner and pop-up calendar timetable that supports multiple timetables from 4 to 10 lesson week
add appointments, meetings and lesson plans to the planner find single, continuous and random date ranges easily create lesson plans directly from month, week, day planner and timetable customised menus that are more intuitive and display dynamically depending upon which screen you are viewing
roll over help on fields and buttons to provide better indication about what should be entered in a field or what action clicking a button is going to perform
pop-up calendars on date fields to make date selection and entry really easy
Auto Printing menu option allows quick and easy finding and printing of lessons and schedules

Lesson plans, timetables, schedules and all other screens can be saved as PDF files. The option to attach the created file to a new email message is also included

Send Mail allows the creation of quite comprehensive emails from within Lesson Planner Advanced using existing data
Find matching option using right click contextual menu for quick and easy searches on field content or selected text
