IcoRip is a program that helps you extract icons from any file containing icons.

Simply select a file, press the Rip button, and all the icons are displayed. They can also be ripped straight to disk.

Individual icons can also be extracted and saved as either Icon files (.ico) or Bitmap files (.bmp).
