HABFab application is a metric converter designed for workers with fabric.
HABFab was designed to assist quilters who obtain patterns from other countries.
In the U.S., quilters normally use yards for their Requirements specifications and inches for their Cutting lists, while in continental Europe, centmetres and metres are used, and in some countries, such as Australia and the U.K., either set of units may be used.
This can cause problems if you need to translate from a “foreign” system to the one you normally work with.
HABFab was designed to help make these conversions easier.
