The Franchise Opportunity Calculator software allows you to:

  • Enter your SBA or other loan information and calculates its amortization schedule including optional interest only payments, change of interest rate, and additional payments;
  • Enter your other expenses such as lease, supplies, wages etc...;
  • Then compare them with your projected monthly cash inflows to see your franchises' monthly net profit or loss.
  • Print out the results.
