ELPhotoX is easy image creating, editing and processing library. You can do everything with your images. Besides, ELPhotoX has abilities to process photos, such as resize, rotate, mirror, twirl and so on.

ELPhotoX has a lot of effect filters (Standart filters, Mosaic effects, Blur filters, Color effects and so on), improving effects (Noise, Antinoise, Sharpen, Focus and so on) and photo optimization effects (Autocontrast, Autocolor, Autolevels, Brightness, Contrast, Temperature, Hue adjustment and so on) that make photos pretty and suitable.

ELPhotoX is not only graphic designer image editing library but also image painting software. It has all significant tools for image painting (Pen, Brush, Spray, 5 types of lines, 5 types of figures and so on).
