DoctorsPal is a great tool which assists doctors in conducting their own practice by recording and providing patient history. It provides for reminding/recalling of patients, and many reports that help doctors to plan their practice.

It also has an appointments module that helps doctors to schedule their day. It comes with patient case sheet. Using Web cams, photos up to 12 can be taken and stored per patient. It comes with various patient classification reports.
