Cookie Wiper is an application developed to erase cookies from Internet Explorer.
During an internet session you get some 'cookies' from chosen internet sites. These are small files which information describes the properties of the user and is appraised by the servers.
You can stop writing a cookies admittedly through an attitude of the Internet - Explorer, but it is not meaningfully or even tiresome in some cases however.
