This software has been designed for use in professional and small business offices. It provides a versatile appointment scheduler for up to 20 persons per book, with appointment lengths ranging from 10 to 240 minutes.

It allows printouts of daily appointment lists for individual persons, and provides page templates for detailed scheduling of each day of the week. Latest version features cell color coding and automatic booking of recurrent appointments

The software allows multiple appointment books to be installed and run side by side using Windows' multitasking environment.
Can be opened separate books for centralized scheduling of persons working at different locations.
