Wall Paper Helper is an application that takes a jpeg, resize it to fit your desktop, and assign it as your wallpaper.

Usage : Create a shortcut to the program on your desktop.
Drag jpeg onto the shortcut for a quick change of desktop.

Alternatively open the program to use the configuration options, and drag your jpeg onto the program window.
