Do you pencil in employee names and shifts or tasks on your desk calendar to create your monthly schedules? You then need to somehow communicate the schedule to your employees so they know what days and shifts they have been assigned. We have created our Series 16 calendar schedulers for those of you who like the calendar scheduling format but need a more organized approach to your scheduling.
In addition to daily shifts, your employees can be assigned to groups and locations making this a multi-purpose scheduler for use in all types of applications. For example, your staffing agency can use it to assign contract employees in 25 different groups to 75 different locations each day for a month.
You can also specify employee availability each day and each shift in great detail for those employees who have limited availability. Or you can simply specify that the person is available for all shifts on all days.
The vacation scheduler allows you to specify 10 different vacation periods for each employee, so you will not mistakenly schedule an absent employee to a daily shift or task.
Spreadsheets are available to schedule 100, 50 or 200 employees to 6 or 3 daily shifts or to daily tasks for a month using drop-down menus of available employees. Some can even be used to assign people to both shifts and tasks.
Scheduling outputs include individual schedules and location schedules in calendar format so you can provide each employee and location with detailed daily schedules.
