Install a small monitoring client program on each of your employee PCs, specify the most appropriate method of communication with the server
(at the moment four methods are supported: manual transfer, transfer via e-mail, transfer via TCP/IP, or shared folder data transfer), and
see real time reports on all their computer activities. Now you will know for sure what amount of work your employees do. Build reports with
TimeFix and ensure your enterprise works as it should.

You may find you need to rearrange work tasks among people or departments to achieve maximum efficiency. You can also configure TimeFix so that it gathers statistics only about work-related time and thereby respect employee privacy.

Here are some key features of "TimeFix":

  • All work time is logged thoroughly (what applications were run, how long, etc.)
  • Document and project names are determined automatically, as well as application names. This is very useful when tracking large projects (such as programming tasks)
  • Only actual work time is counted. Coffee breaks will not be taken into account.
  • Users whose work time is to logged can be located anywhere. You can keep track of an unlimited number of users performing an unlimited number of tasks on distantly remote machines. Information on their work time can be delivered to a server machine using any of the following methods: e-mail, local network, tcp/ip connection or floppy disk.
  • All information is stored in a Microsoft Access database which allows you complete freedom to create custom reports in future.
  • A built-in Report Builder module allows creation of various HTML reports which can be viewed on your monitor or printed out.
