Using the MonthAhead software you can have a paperless office without tedious data entry. Just follow the wizard to get started. It analyses your internet banking data to produce a shortlist for the month ahead.

When any bill, invoice or other financial document arrives, click in the shortlist and it will be scanned and annotated. You will be able to find it through desktop search after that.

You will be able to see the annotation in explorer when browsing. And you will be able to browse chronologically.
