kbSizer is a small, free desktop utility that will let you control any window with your keyboard.

kbSizer adds a small icon to your tray through which you can control and configure the application. You can specify your own default window position relative to the screens resolution or choose from any of the pre-defined settings.

kbSizer features
Change current window location:
  • Win + Arrows : Move window.
    Change current window size:
  • Win + Ctrl + Arrows : Resize window.
    Set predefined window position:
  • Win + NUM : Apply predefine position setting to current window.
    Change current window properties:
  • Win + Insert : Toggle Always on Top.
  • Win + Insert : Toggle Transparent.
