HeldUp is the easiest way to stop windows from disappearing behind other programs.

HWND_TOPMOST is a special Windows setting for positioning a program above all others on your Windows Desktop even when using another program.

Every programmer learns about this setting when they begin Windows programming, and some use it in their own software to help the user control Windows.

However, even though this is an easy feature to add to your own software, there are few utilities which allow the user to control this for any open program, and possibly none which allow the user to do this quicker and more easily than HeldUp.

HeldUp is EASY. Just drag the HeldUp icon from the system tray onto the software you want to keep on top. It doesn't get much easier than that!

HeldUp is SMALL. It's written in C++ without any resource hungry components, which means that HeldUp is using as little system resources as possible.

Cleans up your desktop by providing user-named "Categories" to hold your new shortcut "Links" making them easier to locate and work with! Three seperate "Views" of your system can be seen at the click of a "Tab", allowing you to work with "Categories & Links", "Folders & Files", or both at the same time! And each "View" can be set to return to the style, size, and positioning you like independently of each other! Dynamically creates your own personal "Views" of the system only when YOU want it to, the rest of the time not interfering with your work or using any Windows resources and/or memory! Special options even allow for all except "The Keep's Tray-Icon" to be removed from memory when ever a particularly resource-hungry application is executed, thus ensuring it will run properly even on low grade systems! Your personal "View(s)" of the system, as well as important "Link Data" you save, can be password protected so only YOU may work with it even when multiple users have access to the system under the same logon UserName and/or Password, making it as perfect for busy offices and families as it is for single users or corporate installations! Provides new, "Super Links" to replace the shortcut icons you're used to.
