The Claymore Scheduler is designed to allow multiple employees' day planners be managed from a single location. This is particularly useful in a dispatch type environment. For example, if four support staff are available to be scheduled and a call comes in for a support call, a manager can determine who should go - at a glance.
Claymore Scheduler is a software that plan employee day.
The Claymore Scheduler includes all functionality of the Card Filer. Thus, each employee can have a different list of contacts to work with.
Events can be scheduled using different categories. Each category is colour coded. Also, a reminder can be set at some interval prior to the event, this can be any sound effect you would like. Tasks can be created for each employee and notes can be placed with each.
An employee's schedule can be viewed in a number of different ways. You can choose to view daily, weekly and monthly. The daily view can be set to view a number of days at one time.
