Easily organised from a single, logically laid-out screen, The Letter Manager’s address book allows you to store names and addresses of individuals and organisations, group them together where appropriate, and find them instantly.
Inputting and changing details is extremely simple, with the facility to import names and addresses from other applications. You can also keep additional information for each entry – such as a customer reference or an account number – which can be placed automatically on each letter to them.
It has never been so easy to write a letter. When you arrive at the 'Write' screen The Letter Manager will already know the details of who you are writing to, the appropriate greeting, closure and date. Simple style options allow you to enhance your message and the built-in spell checker helps to avoid errors.
You can add a description for the letter, which will identify it in the future. If you select the ‘Campaign’ option, this will group related letters together so you can select them all instantly at a later date – very useful for a personal or business project involving correspondence with different people over an extended period.
With The Letter Manager, creating mailing lists and mail shots is no longer a chore.You can select a group of contacts using 'categories', postcodes and/or names from the Address Book, and set up a mailing list with a few clicks of the mouse - or “drag and drop” entries to build a custom list. You can have as many lists as you like and recall them instantaneously, changing the list whenever you want.
