Textscan is a utility with a unix style grep search function which can scan almost any file for certain text phrases or words. You can use standard or custom file masks when searching and also choose drive/directory to search.

The results of each search are presented in a window which highlights any word or phrase found along with the position in the file. There are also statistics showing the amount of files found and time to search.
